Refund Policy

At AS Collective Homes, LLC, we value our clients and strive to deliver exceptional service and quality in every project. We understand that sometimes plans change, and this policy outlines how refunds are handled for our various services.
1. Design, Renovation, and Staging Services

Deposits: All service deposits are non-refundable once a booking or project proposal is confirmed. Deposits secure your time slot, materials, and project planning resources.

Cancellations: If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled service, we will apply your deposit as a credit toward a future booking within 90 days.

Project Agreements: For renovation or build contracts, specific refund or payment terms will be detailed in your signed project agreement.
2. Preventative Home Care Plans
Our Preventative Home Care Plans are billed on a recurring schedule (monthly, quarterly, or annually) depending on your selected tier.

You may cancel your plan with 30 days’ written notice prior to your next billing cycle.

Refunds will not be issued for services already completed or for unused portions of the billing cycle.

If a visit or service has not yet occurred during your current billing period, a prorated refund or credit may be considered at our discretion.
3. Custom Builds
Custom home projects require significant planning and investment. Deposits and progress payments made toward build projects are non-refundable once design and material procurement begin. If a project is canceled before work begins, refunds may be considered based on incurred costs and administrative time.
4. Rescheduling and Credits
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date.
Credits for canceled or postponed services must be used within 90 days of the original appointment date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
