Welcome to AS Collective Homes, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online booking system, payment services, and all related services we offer, including design, renovation, staging, custom builds, and preventative home care plans.

By accessing our website, booking a service, or submitting payment, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our site or services.

1. Our Services

AS Collective Homes provides a range of services designed to support homeowners, including:

  • Interior Design Consultations

  • Renovation Consultations

  • Home Staging Services

  • Custom Builds

  • Preventative Home Care Plans (routine maintenance and home care coordination)

Service availability, pricing, and scope may vary based on location, project complexity, and client needs. We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Online Booking and Consultations

By booking a service or consultation online, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Appointment times are subject to confirmation. We may reschedule or cancel appointments in the event of emergencies, unsafe conditions, or other extenuating circumstances.

3. Payments and Billing

We accept secure online payments through trusted third-party processors. By providing your payment information, you authorize AS Collective Homes to charge your selected payment method for the agreed-upon services.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

  • Remaining balances are due as outlined in your proposal or invoice.

  • For recurring home care plans, payments will be billed automatically according to the plan you select (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain accurate and up to date.

4. Preventative Home Care Plans

Our Preventative Home Care Plans are designed to help homeowners maintain their homes through routine checks and basic maintenance tasks such as changing air filters, checking for leaks, and replacing light bulbs. Preventative home care is not a home warranty service. Any visual checks provided are not intended to be a substitute for licensed inspections.

By enrolling in a plan, you agree to the following:

  • The plan covers only the services listed in your chosen tier.

    • Standard 1" thick air filters will be utilized; for advanced air filter selection, there is an optional add-on price that can be added to your user agreement. All other filter sizes will be cleaned and replaced according to product guidelines.

    • A maximum of twelve standard lightbulbs replaced each year. If the owner has specific lightbulb needs, we will be glad to change them , using what the owner has purchased.

  • If additional issues are discovered, AS Collective Homes will either schedule an in-house service (if available) or coordinate with a trusted partner vendor.

  • Any repair or replacement services beyond the plan’s scope may incur additional costs, which will be disclosed before work begins.

  • You may cancel your plan with 30 days’ written notice. Partial refunds for unused months will not be issued after services have been rendered.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing or service options with notice prior to your renewal date.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations for individual services or consultations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time to receive a full refund, if applicable. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

Project-based refunds, including design or renovation services, are governed by the terms in your project agreement.

6. Estimates and Project Agreements

Any estimate provided via our website or initial consultation is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding contract. A written proposal or signed agreement will define scope, pricing, materials, and project timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, designs, and branding, is the property of AS Collective Homes, LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take pride in our work, AS Collective Homes, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or third-party referrals. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Third-Party Services and Vendors

Our preventative care and renovation services may include referrals or scheduling of third-party vendors. While we carefully select our partners, AS Collective Homes is not responsible for their workmanship, timeliness, or warranties. Clients should review and agree to any third-party terms directly with those providers.

 

10. Privacy

Your use of our website and online services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts within Florida.

 

 

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
